From the intersection of Mumbai Banglore highway and the Northern boundary of Sutarwadi towards the East by the boundary between village Sutarwadi and further by boundary between Baner and Pashan, to meet Baner road (G.H. Deshmukh road) near the Western boundary of N.C.L.

East:
From the intersection of the boundary between villages Baner and Pashan (near Baner road) and the Western boundary of N.C.L. towards the South by the Western boundary of N.C.L. and further by the Eastern boundary of Metrological department to meet the nalla and then along the said nalla to intersect the Dr. Homi Bhaba road (Pashan road)

South and West:
From the intersection of nalla on the Eastern boundary of Metrological department and Dr. Homi Bhaba road (Pashan road) towards the West by Dr. Homi Bhaba road and further by the road leading to towards Sutarwadi to meet the road on the Western side of Sant Tukaram Primary School and then to the North by the said road crossing Ram over and further by sus road and then by Mumbai Banglore highway to meet the boundary between villages Baner and Sutarwadi.
