North:
From the intersection of Ram river and the nalla coming from Vidhate Murkute wasti towards the South-East by nalla to meet the road passing through Murkute Vidhate wasti in front of Shiyajali Bunglow in S.No. 229 Baner. and then to the East by the said road passing through Murkute and Vidhaie V'asti and iurther through S.No's 248 and 249 Baner upto the road on the boundaries of village Aundh and Baner near Shivshankar flour mill and Yogiraj Urban credit Co-op. Sanstha and then towards South along the boundary between villages Aundh and Baner upto Ambedkar chowk and then to the East by Ramchandra Ganpat Gaikwad road crossing Parihar chowk and further along D.P. road passing through Sanghavi nagar upto Rhishi Ashok Malhotra chowk.

East:
From the Rhishi Ashok Malhotra chowk where D.P. road coming from Sanghavinagar and Ganeshkhind road intersect each other to the South by Ganeshkhind road, crossing Bremen chowk to meet East-West road Mate Deubai Shridhar Junawane road) on the Northern side of Kasturba slum and to west along the said East-West road and then further along the road passing through Jagdish nagar to intersect the Eastern boundary of Sindh society and then to the South along the Eastern boundary of Sindh society to meet Baner road (G.M. Deshmukh road) near Nilgiri lane.

South: From the intersection of Eastern boundary of Sindh Society near Nilgiri lane and Gopal Hari Deshmukh road (Baner road) to the West by the Baner road and further by the boundary between Pashan Baner to meet Ram river.

West: From the intersection of the boundary between villages Pashan and Baner and Ram river towards the North along Ram river crossing Baner road to meet the nalla coming from Vidhate Murkute wasti.
